At Instructor Development UK, our Final Attempt Training is designed for PDIs who are running out of time, approaching a final attempt, have failed before, or feel unsure whether their current lessons are strong enough to meet the required standard.

This training is practical, honest and focused. We help identify what is holding you back, improve your lesson structure, strengthen your understanding of the 17 competencies, and help you deliver a more professional, client-centred lesson.

Training is aligned with the ADI1 assessment criteria and the National Standards for Driver and Rider Training (NSDRT).

Best for PDIs with a test coming soon, trainees who need a final preparation session, or anyone who needs clear next steps quickly.

2-Day Intensive In-Car Training

A focused two-day intensive for trainees who need clearer lesson planning, stronger structure and practical support to improve Part 3 performance.

This option gives more time to work on planning, risk management, questioning, feedback, adapting the lesson and showing clear learning.

Best for PDIs who need stronger lesson structure, struggle to show progress, need more confidence, or have failed before and need focused support.

3-Day Intensive In-Car Training

A deeper three-day intensive for trainees who need more time to develop understanding, improve instructional skills and build confidence before test.

This option allows more time for practice, reflection and development. It helps you understand not just what to do, but why you are doing it and how it links to the ADI1 criteria and NSDRT.

Best for PDIs approaching a final attempt, trainees who need deeper support, or anyone who wants a more complete preparation plan.
